However, when an employer wants to hire a person, they have to be a little more careful and go through a process of screening and evaluating the job candidate. Employers will want to know whether they’ll be able to hire these candidates based on their search criteria. This is an advantage for the employer.
So basically, the employer does not need to pay more for a job that doesn’t require a resume or a CVs. It would be a disadvantage for the employer if they would be paying for a job that they could easily find theirself without. The advantage is that the employer can spend less time hiring and more time communicating with candidates.
Although there is a lot of confusion about what constitutes a “job,” there is no confusion that a job is a set of tasks (or activities) that a person does. A job is a lot like a business. A job is a business. A job is not a place. A job is a person.
