No, you don’t need to do anything other than that. Just do it. It’s the easiest thing in the world to do. Of course, there are lots of router/router combo boxes out there that will give you a little wireless connection, but many of them are more expensive than your ISP offer, so the cost of the wireless router is more of an issue.
